Retail Pick Up Orders: If you would like to pickup your order in perswon at our Portland location, the cardholder must be present with photo ID and the credit card used at checkout. Your card will be charged upon pickup; with the exception of griptape applied decks and assembled skateboards. Which will be charged at the time of order. If you change your mind and/or cannot pick up your order, please contact our customer service department for your shipping options. A customer service represenitive may contact you if your retail order remains on site for more than 72 hours. How much will duty and tax fees be if I'm ordering outside of the United States? We do not know as each country is different and these fees constantly change. We recommend contacting your local post office or UPS/FedEx to get a rough estimate on duties and tax fees. Shipping Information: All pacxkages ship from our Portland location. Domestic orders placed by 12:00 pm PT ship the same day, excluding backordered items, weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day. For examples, a Two Day Air order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. FedEx, UPS, and Golden State Overnight do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Based on locations, Golden State Overnight (GSO) or UPS Ground will be your free shipping option at checkout. GSO offers next business days delivery by 5pm to Oregon residents. Both options are still cost effective shipping methods for orders exceeding 10lbs. $5 Two Day Shipping: Now offering UPS Two Day shipping for only $5 on orders of $75 or more delivered within the 48 contigous United States with a meximum weight of 10lbs. You will still find this a cost and time effective shipping method for orders exceeding 10lbs. Next Day + Overnight Shipping: Based on location, choose between UPS Next Day Saver and FedEx Standard or FedEx Priority Overnight for expedited delivery within the 48 contigous United States. Prices vary based on destination and package weight. First time customers choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping may require verification. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 fee. FPO/APO Military Addresses + P.O. Boxes: Customers with military addresses or P.O. Boxes as your shipping destination will choose Priority Mail or Express Mail. Unfortunately, both options are excluded from shipping promotions. Please understand that depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for any and all fees associated with the return. If you still wish to return the item, please fill out the return form that was sent with your package and send it back with your return item. Please feel free to email us to confirm whether or not all costs will be your responsiblity.

Can you guys send me stickers? We totally can! We just need you to send us a self addressed, stamped envelope* in the mail. Once we recieve that, we will stuff it full of stickers and mail it back to you. *This means you need to put an envelope with one or two stamps and your address on it, into another envelope. That way, we can put stickers in that second envelope and send it out to you.
